简历介绍:

  郝捷,女,博士,副研究员,国家干细胞资源库执行主任,国际标准化组织/TC 276注册专家,中国合格评定国家认可委员会生物样本库专业委员会委员,中国细胞生物学学会标准工作委员会专家,干细胞分会标准工作组专家和秘书长,中国科学院青年创新促进会会员。
  郝捷致力于干细胞再生医学的研究,坚持探索干细胞药品成药路径研究,关注干细胞成药过程中关键科学问题。自主研发的CAStem细胞注射液入选国务院联防联控机制科技攻关组重点推荐的治疗新冠肺炎“三药三方案”,成功开展国际首个干细胞治疗新冠肺炎致呼吸窘迫综合征的新药临床试验,积极开展国家备案的临床研究和药监局临床注册试验。率先建立国内首个临床级干细胞库,顺利获得国家科技部和财政部关于国家科技资源共享平台的批复成为国家干细胞资源库,并成为我国首家通过CNAS《生物样本库质量和能力认可准则》现场评审的生物样本库和获得中国人类遗传资源行政许可的干细胞库。组织起草国内外相关技术标准。建立国家干细胞资源库创新联盟,积极推动国际干细胞库行动计划(ISCBI)。
