赵喆，博士，副研究员，硕导，中国科学院青年创新促进会成员。2016–2018年在中国科学院动物研究所开展博士后工作，2018年–2023年在中国科学院动物进化与系统学重点实验室任助理研究员，2023年3月至今任副研究员。主要关注蜘蛛多样性及其在生态系统中的功能，通过整合蛛形学、分子系统学、动物地理、性状演化与生态互作研究，探索无脊椎动物多样性的起源与演化规律、维持机制和生态功能。主要研究成果：1）累计发表蜘蛛12新属、91新种，增加中国蜘蛛物种多样性约2%；2）揭示特提斯海-陆变迁与欧亚蜘蛛多样性格局形成与演化之间的潜在联系；3）发现蜘蛛构建行为驱动其形态和生态演化。目前在Systematic Biology、Ecography、Zoological Research、Gigascience、Zootaxa和Zookeys等国际知名期刊上发表学术论文40余篇, 累计被引550 余次。曾获得国家自然科学基金面上项目3项、中国科学院青年人才项目1项；参加各类国家级科研项目10 项。2019年任中国动物学会蛛形学专业委员会秘书长。2020年获得第一届中国动物学会长隆（启航）奖。

主要以蜘蛛和昆虫为研究模型，围绕其多样性及生态系统功能开展：1）智能分类：AI驱动的无脊椎动物整合分类与多样性监测；2）系统进化：基于多组学的关键功能性状遗传发育研究；3）分子生态：蜘蛛-昆虫互作网络与生态功能发掘。
